...MIXED PRECIPITATION EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF MAINE AND
NEW HAMPSHIRE...
.A weather system will approach the region today from the west. Snow
will spread northwards this morning, changing to rain over southern
areas with only light accumulations of snow expected before the
changeover. Over northern areas of Maine and New Hampshire as well
as western New Hampshire, the snow will likely mix with freezing
rain at times. Many of these areas will receive 1 to 3 inches of
snow and a light glaze of ice, but locally 3 to 6 inches of snow is
expected across portions of the mountains.
The precipitation will exit the region this evening.

EST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to 3 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
* WHERE...Northern Carroll, Northern Coos, Northern Grafton and
Southern Coos Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions due to snow covered
roads.
